Just a glimpse of God's Goodness

Psalm 91:9-11,14-16 If you make the Most High your dwelling-even the Lord, who is my refuge then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent. For He will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. Because he loves me, say the Lord, "I will rescue him" I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call upon me,and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation. Psalm 103:1-8 Praise the Lord, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits---who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's. The Lord works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed. He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the people of Israel: The Lord is compassionate and gracious slow to anger, abounding in love. Isaiah 41:10; Fear not (there is nothing to fear), for I am with you; do not look around you in terror and be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties, yes. I will help you; yes I will hold you up and retain you with My victorious right hand of rightness and justice. Mark 10:27; Jesus glanced around at them and said, With men it is impossible, but not with God; for all things are possible with God. Mark 11:22-24; And Jesus replying, said to them, Have faith in God constantly. Truly I tell you, whosoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him. For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you and you will get it. Remember that the Bible is the final authority, and whatever your needs are search the Bible for answers. Go to God first, not last. God always answers your prayers. You need to go to God in Jesus Name. If you don't know how to pray or what to pray,Jesus said to pray the following: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and glory forever. Amen

God's Love is Unfailing

Creflo A. Dollar says; When things go wrong in your life, do you look to the world's methods of solving problems before going to God? Do you put more trust in the institutions of this world's system than you do the Word of God? As Christians, we must put our hope and faith in God's way of doing things. This type of trust only develops by cultivating your relationship with Him. How would you feel if you had a way to help someone you loved but you were the last person they turned to? That could be hurtful because you never want to be someone's last resort, particularly if you have a relationship with them and they know you well. Likewise, God does not want you to choose Him after everything else you have tried has failed. As your heavenly Father, He wants to be the one you come to first. Throughout His Word, God is always communicating the message to His children, "If you would give me top consideration, I will prove Myself to you. I will feed you. I will clothe you. I will take care of you. You don't have to worry." Many people cannot understand this type of love. Perhaps because they have never been shown unconditional love, they fail to understand how someone could love them this way. They have a difficult time accepting that our Heavenly Father loves us so much He gave His only begotten Son to save us from our sins. He forgives us time and time again, presenting us with new opportunities to serve Him each day. Today, I want you to see Him as a loving Father who wants to pour out His blessings upon your life. He wants to chase you down with mercy, grace, and favor! He wants to spend time fellowshipping with you as He would a best friend, but you must be willing to take time to develop your relationship with Him. God knows everything you need before you ask Him. I know you are probably thinking, Well, if He knows, why don't He just give them to me? Maybe you have not asked Him according to His Word! Or, you may have asked with selfish, lustful motives. You may have neglected to give Him priority in your life. However, you can make a correction starting today! God reveals His loving nature through His Word because He is love. Time and time again throughout my life He has showered me with His love through His Word. I had to get acquainted with His Word by studying and meditating on it. I had to develop that personal relationship on my own. Our relationship with Him can serve as a model for all our relationships. When we live our life according to His Word, we learn to love people unconditionally. God is the designer of healthy, loving relationships. Through His Word He urges all mankind to choose Him, draw near to Him, trust Him, believe Him, and to never forget His love for us. Your Words Have Power!

Creflo Dollar says; Words are seeds. In fact, whatever is in a seed must produce after its own kind. For example, an apple seed will produce apples. This principle is especially true where words are concerned. Words are a powerful force. Yet that force can be positive or negative. A situation can worsen when you speak negatively about it. By the same token, when you speak positive words, your circumstances will change for the better. This is because words are like the rudder of a ship. Once spoken, words begin to steer your life in a specific direction. If you possess any doubt about how powerful words are, think about this for a moment: God created the heavens and the earth with words. Why is this significant? Because you are made in the image and likeness of God (Genesis 1:26), which means you are a 'speaking spirit.' You possess creative power and just like God, you create your world with your words! My question to you is, what have you created with your words? The Bible tells us when a man guards his mouth and keeps his tongue, he keeps himself from trouble (Proverbs 21:23, Amplified Bible). Is your life full of trouble or strife? If so, it could be that idle words have played a powerful role, whether consciously or subconsciously. Idle words are words spoken but not believed. Jesus said in Matthew 12:36 that, "… men will have to give account for every idle (inoperative, nonworking) word they speak." The fact that you will one day give an account for every idle word should motivate you to choose your words wisely! A further demonstration of how powerful words are can be found in Proverbs 18:21, which tells us life and death are in the power of the tongue. Think about it. If your words have the power to shape circumstances, and you constantly speak death, you will eventually destroy your life. For example, examine your speech where your health is concerned. Do you speak faith—filled words of life over your physical body? Or do you say things like, "I will probably die of cancer. After all, it runs in my family."? This sort of speech turns on the death cycle and connects you to the very thing you do not want to happen. If you want to experience health or success in any area of your life, you must make the decision to turn on the life cycle, by searching the scriptures and declaring what the Word says about you. God's Word produces life (Joshua 1:8)! I have come to realize that nothing is more important than the words we speak. Therefore, we must never underestimate the power of our words, either through ignorance or neglect. Words are seeds, and good or bad, they will bring forth a harvest. Your words have creative power, so begin today to only speak words that produce life! Scripture References: Genesis 1:26 Proverbs 21:23 Matthew 12:36 Proverbs 18:21 Joshua 1:8

THE BLESSING

NO MATTER WHAT OUR ECONOMIC SITUATION, level of education or employment opportunities THE BLESSING that makes rich and no sorrow with it. The Bible leaves no question about it, God's people are suppose to be rich. No just rich in spirit, Not even rich in relationships and spiritual rewards. God's people are to be rich financially wealthy and prosperous in every possible way with plenty of money. Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the Lord brings wealth and he adds no trouble to it. Proverbs 8:18; With me are riches and honor enduring wealth and prosperity. Psalm 112:1-3; Praise the Lord. Blessed is the man who fears the Lord who finds great delight in his commands. His children will be mighty in the land;the generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteous endures forever. Because of The Blessing we are no longer bound to the worldly system of commence that Ham and Japheth originated. We don't have to come up with ways to generate our own financial increase anymore. We've have been born again into a new kingdom and a new economy. We've received the promise of the Holy Spirit and been made a partaker of the very nature and abilities of God. We don't have to sweat out a living like men who are suffering under the suffering under the curse, we can spend our lives loving, believing and serving God, and let The Blessing increase us. THE BLESSING can get the job done in any economy. It can prosper us anytime, anywhere. If we cooperate with it by walking in faith and love, it won't matter what circumstances we find ourselves in, it will bring us true, New Testament prosperity. 2Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will bound in every good work. Joseph wound up with world's greatest storehouses of wealth under his command. And it all happened because of THE BLESSING. Now that same BLESSING IS UPON YOU and Me!God says we're rich because we're BLESSED. What's more, we receive those riches not by seeking after them like the world does, but by following the example God set for us on the seventh day of Creation. We enter "the rest" of faith and let THE BLESSING go to work. As believers, it not our job to labor and toil trying to get ahead financially. God never intended us to spend our time and efforts gathering up riches for ourselves. His intented us to labor in the Word and develop our faith to the point where we can enter His rest and let THE BLESSING increase us. Certainly we have to work. But instead of working for a living, you work on assignment for God. You do whatever He tells you to do!! If He sends to the corner burger stand to flip burgers, don't stand around whining about it. Don't say, "I don't understand why God sent me here. They just pay me minimum wage and the place is a mess." Wake up and realize that's why God sent you there. You're to bring THE BLESSING on that place. It doesn't matter what they pay you, if you obey God and fulfill your assignment, THE BLESSING will see to it that you prosper! If you stay there long enough you'll end up owning the place. So stop complaining and start thanking God that He trusts you enough to send you there.

Be a Bounce Back Person

A bounce back person sees adversity and every setback not as permanent, but temporary. It's not going to last forever. Every difficulty that comes your way, you can be encouraged by it, knowing that you're going to come out better than you were before. Why is that? Because it is in our DNA. God created us and intends us to walk in the same power which raised Christ from the dead, that same overcoming power and attitude that even the grave can't keep down. Studies prove that during a hurricane, a palm tree will simply stretch and not break from the strong winds. It's bent and pushed over, and all the while, it's root system is actually being strengthened and given new opportunities for growth. That is the same way we were built to be. It even says in Psalms 92:12; The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon." That means God knew there would be difficult times in our lives, that things would come against us, trying to steal our joy, peace and victory. He's not surprised by our difficulties, but rather knew ahead of time and equipped us with everything we need in Him! Because we have strong roots, we are going bounce right back. The storms life will come. The winds will blow. But no weapon formed against us will prosper!

FOOTPRINTS

ONE NIGHT a man had a dream: he dreamed
he was walking along the beach with the LORD,
Across the sky flashed scenes from his life,
for each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand;one belonged to him, the other to the LORD.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times of his life. This really bothered him and he questioned the LORD about it. LORD, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way, but I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me. The LORD replied, "My precious child, I love you and would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering when you see only one set of footprints it was then that I carried you"
I have always loved Footprints and felt like this man. I have cried out in anguish and pain thinking that God did forsake me, but I know this was not true. When we feel the farthest away from God, that is when he is the closest. He is working behind the scenes for our good, it is all in his timing not ours. He has the whole universe at his disposal! We never need to be fearful because he will always protect us, we are children of the Most High God and we should be acting like that!!!
